Who pays the return costs?
In the event that the product is faulty or there has been an error on our part regarding your order, a pre-paid Colissimo return label will be supplied (if you are in mainland France).
If this is not the case, you will have to pay for the return costs.
How do I return an order or item?
We offer you the possibility to return your products to us within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.
To return a product or products, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your customer account.
Step 2: Click on the “Order History and Details” section.
Step 3: Click on the reference of the order concerned by the return(s).
Step 4: In the "Order Details" section, check the box(s) corresponding to the product(s) you want to return.
Step 5: In the "Return of goods" section, enter the reason for the return.
Step 6: Click the “Request a Return” box.
After validation by us, you can then send us your product within 14 days, accompanied by the return voucher** to the address indicated below:

**In case of product defect or error on our part during your order, a prepaid return label will be provided to you (if you are in metropolitan France). Otherwise, the return costs will be at your expense.
You will ensure that clean, unused and unworn items, with their labels, are returned to us in their original packaging.
Upon receipt of your order, please try your products indoors only; in the case of underwear, please try them above yours.
Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to you.
When should I wear my compression sleeves?
Our compression sleeves are exclusively designed for physical exercise. The pressures are specifically adapted for exercise and applied to the calf, improving venous return, reducing parasitic oscillations and vibrations and promoting muscle recovery.
When wearing your products, ensure to position them correctly for optimal efficiency.

How can I properly position my BV Sport compression sleeves?
Your BOOSTER compression sleeves are asymmetrical, so they have a right and a left side. In order to uphold this morphological design and obtain optimal efficiency, it is important to position your compression sleeves correctly. Make sure you position the BV SPORT logo at the front, level with the tibia, and with the Booster logo on the outside of your calves. (see the following examples)

How do I choose my size?
*M=calf circumference
**In case you are located between two sizes, we advise you to choose the size above for the Elite Booster, One and Original and the size below for the Elite EVO2 Booster.
