Rules of the scratch card game "la bobine à gratter".
Article 1. Organisation of the game
The company BV SPORT, whose registered office is located at 16 rue Necker, 42000 SAINT-ETIENNE, is organising a game based on the principle of scratch tickets, with no obligation to buy, which will take place during sporting events where the company is present.
Article 2. Conditions of participation
This game is open to all natural persons present at the exhibition.
The following may not take part in this game: employees of BV SPORT and persons who have participated in its design and implementation as well as members of their families (spouses and descendants living under the same roof).
In the event of a dispute, proof may be requested. Any person not fulfilling these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able to benefit from the prize mentioned on their ticket.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules.
Article 3. Terms and conditions of participation
The tickets will be distributed by representatives of BV SPORT.
Participation is not nominative. The player will be given a scratch-off ticket, within the limit of one ticket per customer or prospect for each period of play, depending on available stocks.
The number of tickets available is estimated to be sufficient for the duration of each event, however, the responsibility of the company BV SPORT organizer can not be held liable if some representatives exhaust their stock of scratch tickets before the end of each event.
Article 4. Principle of the game
Each participant, when given a ticket, has to scratch the hidden area and find the result immediately on the ticket.
Article 5. Prizes and endowments
1000 tickets are issued for the duration of the event, mixed and distributed randomly. The value of the prizes determined may not be contested in any way whatsoever. The winners accept the prizes as proposed in these rules and cannot request a financial compensation, an exchange or a return, for any reason whatsoever. BV SPORT reserves the right to substitute, if necessary, the prize offered by a prize of equivalent value or of similar characteristics.
Article 6. Responsibilities
The responsibility of BV SPORT is strictly limited to the delivery of the prizes effectively and validly won. The organising company cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, in the event of force majeure or justified need, it is obliged to cancel the game, to shorten or extend it or to modify its conditions.
The organising company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, defects, theft or destruction. Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the game. Any false declaration by a participant shall result in his/her exclusion from the game and the non-award of any prize that he/she may have won, without the company being held liable. Any participant who attempts to falsify the proper conduct of the game, either by human intervention or by the intervention of an automaton, will be immediately disqualified and his/her participation will be cancelled. Any complaint must be made in writing, exclusively to the address of the company BV SPORT.
Article 7. How to obtain the settlement

Article 8. Interpretation of the Regulation
These rules are subject to French law.
The organiser shall be the sole arbiter of any question relating to the application of these rules or any question that may arise that is not settled by them. These decisions are final.
