BV Sport recovery socks are only worn after exertion for a minimum of 2 hours.
Depending on the physical effort, you can wear your socks for recovery to bed.
It is important to leave your recovery socks before sleeping so as not to disturb your venous circulation while lying down.

Use of recovery socks?
Our recovery socks are to be used as soon as possible after exercise and for at least 2 hours.
The higher the intensity of the sport and the longer it is practised for, the more it is recommended to use recovery products for longer. There is no time limit for use because even after 2 hours, they will still keep working.
WARNING : It is strictly forbidden to sleep with your recovery socks on.

How can I properly position my BV Sport compression sleeves?
Your BOOSTER compression sleeves are asymmetrical, so they have a right and a left side. In order to uphold this morphological design and obtain optimal efficiency, it is important to position your compression sleeves correctly. Make sure you position the BV SPORT logo at the front, level with the tibia, and with the Booster logo on the outside of your calves. (see the following examples)

What is selective compression?
Selective compression exerts specific pressures over the whole leg thanks to its several types of mesh (ultra-flexible/flexible/semi-rigid/rigid). The rigid mesh around the calf improves venous return and muscle oxygenation, while the flexible mesh protects the sensitive pre-tibial structures and the semi-rigid mesh provides support, reducing inflammation. Furthermore, the ultra-flexible mesh around the whole leg facilitates a significant reduction in vibrations on impact with the ground. All this mesh technology therefore facilitates a better recovery and reduced muscle pain.
