How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, there are two methods:
- At the bottom of all our newsletters, you will find an unsubscribe link.
- By contacting us via our contact form or directly by phone.
How do I delete my account?
You cannot delete your customer account by yourself.
To delete your customer account, you must make this request via our contact form.
Once your customer account has been deleted, all documents relating to your orders, all your promotions and all your personal details will no longer be available and cannot be recovered.
You can however make a new account.
How do I change my personal information ?
Login to your personal account, and go to the "My personal information" or "My addresses" section to edit your details, then click "Save" to register your changes.
I forgot my password, how?
You can easily change your access password to your customer account. Once on the login page to your account, simply click on the words "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.
Once you receive the email, you can change your password and then log back in to your account!
